Following a successful invitation to tender, Emma Thompson was subsequently asked to prepare and deliver a ten minute pitch on the subject of how the organisation would support the leadership of Haringey through coaching for performance during a time of change using innovative techniques.

Emma also represented SOLACE Enterprises alongside the Director of Leadership and Development when the organisation was invited back for final interview.
